Established 1907
From Serie D to Europe
Como 1907 is one of football’s most extraordinary rise stories. Once bankrupt and languishing in the fourth tier, the club by Lake Como was transformed by ambitious ownership and the arrival of Cesc Fàbregas — first as a player, then as the visionary young head coach who took them from Serie D to Serie A in five seasons.
In 2025/26, Como stunned Italian football with a fourth-placed finish — their best-ever Serie A placement — securing qualification for their first ever Champions League. With star director Thierry Henry on the board and glamorous backing, this is a club whose ceiling looks higher than ever.
